What your day will look like:

Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing Mercedes-Benz vehicles to factory standards
Performing scheduled maintenance, mechanical repairs, and system upgrades
Using advanced diagnostic tools and Mercedes-Benz software to identify and resolve issues
Collaborating with service advisors and workshop controllers to ensure efficient workflow
Maintain accurate job records and adhere to Mercedes-Benz quality procedures
Continuously improve your technical knowledge through ongoing manufacturer training
Contribute to a positive team culture built on trust, excellence, and professionalism

What you'll bring:

Recognised Automotive Trade Qualification
Current and valid NSW driver's licence
A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship
Reliability, honesty, and a high level of personal integrity
Proven ability to meet factory repair times and performance targets efficiently
